Quality Policy

Continuously striving for improvement

It is FMV’s core role to deliver the necessary materials for a stronger defence. We achieve this through procuring and delivering defence equipment and services to meet the needs of the Swedish Armed Forces – in peace, crisis or war.

The purpose of our Quality Policy is to ensure goal fulfilment in our business. By working according to a continuous improvement model, we increase our ability to deliver equipment and services and our ability to be flexible and reorganise our business. This working model also helps increase our customer satisfaction and our efficiency when it comes to government administration.

This means that we:

  • are well supported to meet external and internal stakeholders’ requirements with the help of efficient working methods and systems.
  • are provided with knowledge of our customers' needs at an early stage, in order to meet their requirements.
  • have knowledge of the market and act commercially.
  • risk assess, plan, implement, follow up and manage our operations, ensuring that we comply with applicable laws and regulations, achieve our goals and meet our commitments.
  • have committed and knowledgeable managers and employees who want to contribute to the development of our operations.
  • work with continuous improvement and continually measure our progress.
